WatermelonWeeks is an annual fundraiser to benefit the Safety Harbor Public Library Foundation where participating restaurants and bars create watermelon-inspired dishes, drinks or desserts and pledge a portion of each sale to the Foundation.
This year's event is Aug. 1-11 and mango is an additional featured flavor. Featured items are available anytime an establishment is open .

- $16 Mango Pineapple Baby Back Rib Breakfast Skillet (breakfast potatoes, onions, peppers, cheese, two eggs any style and BBQ boneless smoked baby back ribs, drizzled with a tropical mango pineapple salsa and served with toast)
