At its Monday night meeting, the Safety Harbor City Commission voted unanimously to appoint Caroline Allison as the new alternate memner of the city's Planning & Zoning Board and Board of Appeals.
Sarah Adams, who was appointed as the alternate member at the Dec. 4 meeting, no longer lives in the city.
