At its Monday night meeting, the Safety Harbor City Commission voted unanimously to approve new impact fees for sanitation, parkland, parks, public safety and the library that are assessed on new development.
Consulting company Stantec was awarded the contract to study and suggest the new fee structure, which can be found here.
