🌳 At the March 4, 2024, the City Commission meeting, the May and Commissioners recognized the winners of the 2024 Mayor’s Tree Plant Challenge. The categories included Kids Rule and Individual.
There were 2 awards in the Kids Rule Category for a tree planting that took place at Safety Harbor Middle School as part of the Great American Teach In on November 17, 2023.
History Teacher Jackie Pandy, Science Teacher Jason Pridham, and Principal Danny Boulieris came out to represent the middle school. Student Marcus accepted his award.
Cameron Boozarjomehri won in the individual category.
