At its Monday night meeting, the Safety Harbor City Commission voted unanimously to elevate Parks & Recreation Advisory Board alternate Michelle Brennan to a full member and to appoint Phyllis Lubin as the new alternate.
Brennan replaces Jacob Burnett, who was elected as a City Commission in March.
